The CS 8100 3D system is now available with a cephalometric imaging option, in addition to several new 3-D applications.

At 72.5 inches wide, the CS 8100SC 3D is designed to fit into practices of all sizes and to suit the needs of all oral health care providers. With panoramic, cephalometric and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) imaging options, the CS 8100SC 3D works well in orthodontics, general practitioner and multispecialty practices.

In addition to newly added cephalometric capabilities, the system includes several updated 3-D applications. And, as part of the CS Solutions for Orthodontics portfolio, the system can scan traditional impressions or plaster models to create digital models for easier storage, which can be manipulated and analyzed in 3-D using CS Model software.

Refer.to Heads to the American Association of Orthodontists' Annual Session
Refer.to, a new digital patient referral system for dentists and dental specialists, will exhibit in booth #3249 at the American Association of Orthodontists' Annual Session, April 21–25.

Refer.to is a web application that allows dentists to digitally send all referral information to other dental practitioners and patients. The company ensures practices no longer lose referred patients (and thousands of dollars in potential treatments) because of misplaced referral slips or lack of follow-up.
