Planmeca and CephX Technologies Introduce New Offer at AAO Meeting
During the 2017 AAO Annual Session, Planmeca and CephX Technologies announced the launch of an automatic cephalometric tracing and analysis service for Planmeca Romexis dental imaging software. Available soon, the service allows Planmeca's Romexis dental imaging software access to CephX's AlgoCeph algorithm—an application of artificial intelligence and machine learning technology based on thousands of manually traced cephalometric images—through a few simple clicks.

The integration of AlgoCeph into Planmeca Romexis software streamlines orthodontic practitioners' work. After image capturing in the software is completed, an automatic cephalometric analysis can be ordered with a few clicks and received in a matter of seconds. The service can also be used online from a website which has been designed for Planmeca users who have yet to upgrade to the new Planmeca Romexis software version 4.6.

ClearCorrect Announces New Pricing
ClearCorrect announced its new customizable "Flex" and full-featured "Unlimited" pricing options at the AAO 2017 Annual Session. Doctors will be able to choose between paying per aligner or one flat rate for five years of unlimited aligners and retainers.

The new Flex pricing allows providers to purchase as many (or as few) aligners and retainers as they want, and only pay for what they need. Doctors can fully customize treatment to meet their patients' needs without squeezing into preset pricing tiers. Doctors who choose Flex can save up to 70 percent on fees.

The updated Unlimited option now offers providers five full years of treatment—including retention—for one flat rate. This option covers all aligners, revisions, and replacements. Unlimited treatment also now includes multiple sets of retainers—up to two pairs every six months—at no extra cost during the five-year period.

ClearCorrect providers will still enjoy free online case submission, web-based treatment setups, patient starter kits, and compatibility with all major intraoral scanners.

The new payment became available to all U.S. providers on June 1. Registered ClearCorrect providers can find out more at support.clearcorrect.com.
