Flosstime
Flosstime is the world’s first automated floss dispenser that helps adults and kids develop better oral hygiene habits. The sleek, modern design easily attaches to bathroom mirrors and dispenses floss with the push of a button.
After cutting 18 inches of floss, a 90-second timer lights up, indicating how long the user should floss. The device also reminds users when 22 hours have gone by without flossing. If unused after seven days, the device will automatically shoot out a length of floss. Flosstime comes with a replaceable cartridge that contains 50m of floss, which should last the daily flosser about three to four months.

IX953 Ixion Cinch Back
DB Orthodontics has launched a new version of its IX953 Ixion Cinch Back instrument. The product bends nickel titanium wires up to 90 degrees distally to the buccal tube.
The instrument features serrated tips designed to grip the wire securely to prevent it from slipping while bending. In addition, the tips on the IX953 Ixion Cinch Back are contoured to match the curvature of the tooth surface enabling the orthodontist to bend the wire even closer behind the buccal tube for improved patient comfort.
The contoured tips have already been incorporated into the company’s IX954 Ixion Cinch Back (large), which was released earlier this year. The IX954 is designed to be used with wires ranging from .016” up to .021” x .025”.
