Houston, Texas, US
Our client's private group practice is growing and looking for a great, ownership-minded associate! Our client has an established dental business with multiple state-of-the-art locations throughout the Greater Houston area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and be very willing to work hard and learn new procedures to maximize their skill set. For the right associate, there is a partnership/ownership track.
The associate will work primarily in one practice 4 days/week (North Houston) and work in another practice under the tutelage of the main owner doctor one day/week. Our client has a very competitive comp & benefits package including a guarantee, % of Collections (tiered), bonus, benefits, 100% paid lab fees, 100% paid malpractice, etc.
The ideal candidates would be willing to roll their sleeves up, work hard and have a high desire to improve their skills. If you're not looking for a challenge, but are seeking a mere "job", this is not the opportunity for you. The client does not need "drill, fill & bill". If you desire presenting comprehensive treatment plans and patients that are in need, we want to talk to you. Heavy consideration will be given to those candidates who have exceptional soft skills and feel very comfortable discussing complete treatment options with patients. The client isn't looking for a "technician", they need an empathetic and considerate dental health professional that will exercise high standards of care.
If you like what you hear so far, please apply and we will give you more details. Or, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org Thank you for your time and consideration!
