Cloud 9 Software, a provider of cloud-based practice
management systems for orthodontists, pediatric dentists
and dental/orthodontic service organizations, has acquired
ToothFairy Software, a customer experience management
software for orthodontic practices.
ToothFairy helps orthodontists optimize their sales
pipeline and maximize returns by leveraging the personal
insights of potential patients and best practices from other
industries. A proprietary algorithm zeroes in on consumer
buying motivations, differentiates “hot vs. cold” leads, and
helps staff overcome objections with real-time coaching,
scripting and call-to-action buttons.

Facility in Poland
Align Technology has
announced the opening of its
first regional manufacturing
facility to service Europe,
the Middle East and Africa
(EMEA). The new plant in
Wroclaw, Poland, is Align’s
third regional manufacturing
facility worldwide; the others
are in Juarez, Mexico, and
The Wroclaw facility will be
an operations site for Align’s
EMEA business and part of the
global manufacturing of almost
1 million unique clear aligner
parts per day. Poland, central
eastern Europe and Spain will be
the first markets serviced from
the Wroclaw facility, with plans
to support all EMEA Invisalign
case shipments by 2025.

uAssist Aligner Planning Assistance Service Now Available

With the uAssist service, when a case is returned for review, the treating orthodontist can proceed with ordering uSmile
aligners, make additional adjustments within the uDesign software, or return it to the uAssist team for any final changes.
