Dental Monitoring
Dental Monitoring is one of the first fully connected monitoring system in orthodontics. In 2014, DM was founded in France by a team of orthodontists and engineers who aimed to promote continuous monitoring in dental care, and to create the cutting-edge science needed to perform high-level clinical analysis on smartphone images.
The DM system utilizes artificial intelligence to build a customizable platform for communication automation and clinical analysis. DM works by setting up automations to control the performance, wear and outcome of any appliance, as well as to give every patient frequent, personalized feedback, improving engagement and compliance. Using a method called “dynamic aligner change,” orthodontists can automate and remotely pilot aligner wear schedules based on actual patient behavior and physiology.
