When his New Orleans practice was battered by Hurricane Katrina, Dr. Jeffrey Silmon decided to return to his hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana, where he ended up partnering in practice with Dr. Christopher Cosse. The doctors, who’ve practiced together for 16 years and have four practices in the Shreveport/Bossier City area, strongly believe in the importance of patient education and developed a virtual consultation system and patient education software used by orthodontists nationwide.
