Formlabs Launches New Printer and Dental Business Unit
Formlabs, a designer and manufacturer of 3D printing systems, recently announced its new dental business unit, Formlabs Dental, in addition to a new 3D printer. The new unit is a team of dental professionals dedicated to providing 3D printing solutions, while the new Form 3B printer and platform will have the next generation of dental materials, a dedicated service team and software to help streamline workflows.
More than 50 materials scientists and print process engineers back Formlabs’ products. The company also offers seven dental materials for the new Form 3B printer, including a biocompatible surgical guide resin that was developed in-house. Printer users can switch seamlessly between a library of resins for more than 10 dental applications, each of which has been validated and tested by a team of experts to ensure quality and accuracy.

Dentsply Sirona Announces SureSmile 2020
SureSmile 2020, Dentsply Sirona’s comprehensive digital summit and annual user conference, is scheduled for Feb. 27–29 in San Diego. Dr. Edward Zuckerberg Joins Rhinogram’s Advisory Board
