The only tube with a polymer mesh base

Lo-Rider_sm (WinCE).jpgThe Lo-Rider low-profile molar tube from TP Orthodontics is the only tube with a polymer mesh base

An innovative translucent base distinguishes the TP Orthodontics Lo-Rider bondable molar tube.
This advancement allows for a faster, full light cure that results in a stronger bond than traditional
metal-base tubes. Because the base allows light to fully penetrate, a complete cure can be assured — even in deep buccal grooves.

Other design features that aid in bonding are the anatomical base which conforms to buccal indents,
large flats for secure holding and placement, and a diamond-shaped indent for precise positioning.
In addition to these features, the Lo-Rider has also been designed for optimal patient comfort. Its
profile compares favorably to other low profile tubes on the market. The compact design minimizes
occlusal interference. Smooth surfaces won't irritate surrounding tissues.
Other benefits of the Lo-Rider include:

• Large "windows" in the translucent base allow curing light to penetrate
• Funnel-shaped entrance for ease of wire insertion
• Flexible base retains most of the adhesive upon debonding for quick clean-up
• Maxillary and mandibular identification markings
• Less risk of decalcification than with bands
• Fewer appointments and quicker placement of appliances
• Streamlined inventory - no need to stock multiple band sizes
• Available in popular prescriptions
