Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Associate General Dentist to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to practice a full range of general dentistry procedures while being supported by a collaborative and experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Restorative and Preventive Dentistry: Perform procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals. Provide preventive care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments.
- Cosmetic Dentistry: Offer services like teeth whitening, veneers, and smile makeovers to enhance patients' smiles.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits to maintain optimal oral health.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team of dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and office operations.
- Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest dental technologies and techniques to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid state dental license and CPR certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
