Your Part-Time Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday | 8AM–5PM
Your Role as a Dental Assistant
Welcome patients and create a friendly, stress-free atmosphereAssist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental proceduresPrepare operatories, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standardsCapture high-quality digital x-rays and support imaging needsEducate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructionsRestock supplies, track inventory, and keep treatment areas organizedSupport front office coordination when needed
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent (required)Active Massachusetts Dental Assistant license or completion of a CODA-accredited Dental Assistant program (required)DANB CDA, ICE, RHS, and CPR certification (preferred)Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience preferred (motivated candidates eager to grow are encouraged to apply)Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
