Gendex is literally driving innovation with the Experience Gendex mobile showroom.

Hatfield, PA (August 9, 2011) On the heels of the most comprehensive launch in the company’s history,
Gendex begins a unique, year-long campaign designed to bring its latest dental imaging technology to
dentists — the Experience Gendex 2011-2012 North American Dental Imaging Tour.
“We are so extremely excited about our new imaging solutions that we decided to take them on tour,”
states Filippo Impieri, Director of Marketing for Gendex. “ ‘Experience Gendex’ is a new campaign that
reiterates the company’s commitment to stay connected with the dental community and reinforces the

Understanding that dentists appreciate a hands-on experience with products, Gendex outfitted the bus
with everything from intraoral sensors to 3D Cone Beam. The mobile showroom consists of an extraoral
section — featuring the new Gendex GXDP-700™ Series and GXDP-300™; an intraoral operatory—
comprised of the 2011 Pride Institute award-winning GXS-700™ digital sensors, several GXC-300™
cameras, an expert® DC intraoral x-ray, VixWin™ Platinum imaging software, the new GXPS-500™
PSP, plus a Pelton & Crane® dental chair with KaVo® handpieces; and an entire area devoted to online
communications. From the powerful product line and abundance of flat screen monitors, to iPad®s and
live GPS tracking, this unique coach is packed with state-of-the-art dental and electronic devices.
The new Experience Gendex campaign and the bus were nearly a year in the making. High-level
attention to detail was paid in the bus’ plan, function and finish. The design goal was to create a mobile
showroom that was conducive to learning about Gendex imaging solutions in a fun and entertaining
environment. Early response is positive. Dr. David Dachowski, new owner of GXDP-700 whose office is
in Doylestown, PA, was the second stop on the tour. He offers, “The bus is a first-class way to present
first-class products — an out-of-the-box application for something as exciting as digital imaging.”
Not only is the bus a mobile showroom that can physically be visited, it is meant to be a fullyinteractive
virtual experience. Visitors to the Experience Gendex website can view the tour schedule
as it unfolds, follow the action using the Blog, see photos and videos of each stop, track the bus “Live,”
use the “Tell us where to stop” feature, and more. “Along with our other Gendex social media sites on
Facebook™, Twitter™, and YouTube, everyone can stay in touch and be fully engaged,” Impieri continues.
