It’s a problem faced by virtually every dental practice. Cash flow can be one of the most challenging tasks to manage in your dental office. It is important to figure out what you need to do to improve your cash flow. If you have poorly cash flow and can't get a handle on it, it can destroy your business and make it very difficult to pay employees, order supplies to help your patients and invest into marketing to get mew patients.

Accounts not paid within terms can severely impact the cash flow of a practice. If you don't have a system to collect money from your patients, you need to spend some time to organize a system that allows you to collect promptly and allow patients to conveniently pay their bills with your practice. Many times the patient hasn’t paid because they haven’t been billed or reminded to pay in a timely manner or the office didn't make it extremely convenient to pay bills. This situation frequently occurs in smaller or newer practices where there isn’t enough staff to handle invoicing and billing.

If you want to learn how to improve cash flow for your practice you can download our free ebook that gives you ideas and solution to help your practice.
