Dallas, TX. – OraMetrix, Inc. has been named one of INC. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S.  The list is the most comprehensive look at an important segment of the economy – America’s independent-minded entrepreneurs.  Companies such as Zappos, Intuit, GoDaddy, Under Armour, Jamba Juice, American Apparel, Oracle and hundreds of other powerhouses gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 500.  OraMetrix is listed #141 overall and #7 of the top 100 health companies.


OraMetrix is the developer of the SureSmile Digital Orthodontic System.  SureSmile utilizes 3-D imaging technology, proprietary computer-aided-design software, and robotic technology to customize orthodontic treatment  Orthodontists using this technology can treat patients in nearly half the time of traditional orthodontics with increased precision and quality of care. Today more than 200 Orthodontists nationwide are using SureSmile and over 40,000 patients are currently in treatment or have been treated with the new technology. INC. Magazine determined their 500 fastest growing companies for 2008 by evaluating company growth, 2004 - 2007.  OraMetrix grew 1,565.5% over this time period, with revenues of $9.8 million in 2007 from $590,605 in 2004. To qualify, companies must be U.S.-based and privately held, independent – not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies – as of December 31, 2007, and have had at least $200,000 in revenue in 2004, and $2 million in 2007.
