Registered Dental Hygienist or Associate Dentist (Willing to Do Hygiene While Building Schedule) – Join a Supportive, Rock Star Team! 🌟

Are you a dentist or an RDH who’s confident, motivated, and ready to be part of something special? Maybe you're looking for the right environment—not just a job—where you can grow, feel appreciated, and work with a team that’s truly got your back. We’re a group of strong, driven women who support each other, love what we do, and know how to create an amazing experience for both patients and our team. We’re looking for a dentist who’s open to jumping into hygiene temporarily as we build out a restorative schedule—but who’s ultimately excited about delivering high-quality care and growing into a full clinical role. If you are interested in working in private practice with an all women group that values patients, treats them like family, cares and supports each other, we have an opportunity for you. Our hygienists recently went out on maternity leave and we have a strong patient base that is growing and needs additional hygiene support.

This is a unicorn opportunity if you’re someone who:
🦷 Isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and be a team player
🌱 Sees the bigger picture and is excited to grow into a full restorative schedule
💡 Brings fresh ideas and loves contributing to practice growth
🤝 Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
💬 Wants to be heard, respected, and part of something meaningful
What Makes Us Different:
✨ Positive, energetic team culture—no drama, just support
💪 A practice full of smart, capable women who lift each other up
🚀 Growth-minded environment with mentorship, leadership, and room to shine
💚 A place where your skills and personality both matter
Whether you’re early in your career and looking for the right place to land, or you’re ready to make a meaningful shift to a better culture, this is a chance to build something alongside a team that truly values what you bring.
