Associate Dentist Arlington

Eagle Family Dental is seeking an experienced, confident associate dentist to join our team starting July 2026.

We are a well-established, multi-doctor practice focused on esthetic clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and a positive, team-driven culture. This position is ideal for a dentist with at least 2 years of clinical experience who is comfortable treatment planning comprehensively and leading patient care with confidence.

Our office has a strong focus on digital dentistry, including same-day restorations and in-house lab workflows. Experience with digital systems is highly valued.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Confident in comprehensive treatment planning and case acceptance
• Strong, direct communicator with patients and team
• Enjoys restorative dentistry and bread-and-butter procedures
• Team-first mindset in a multi-doctor environment
• Takes ownership of patient outcomes and schedule
• Calm, steady presence under pressure
• Growth-minded and open to feedback

Preferred Experience

• Digital dentistry workflows
• CEREC or other same-day crown systems
• 3D printing and in-house lab processes
• Interest in esthetic and efficient restorative dentistry
