A long-established, fully out-of-network private practice in Easton, PA, focused on high-quality comprehensive care, powered by the latest technology and a collaborative team.

How We Practice:

• We diagnose and present with extraoral photos, intraoral scans, and AI-assisted CBCT and X-rays, so patients see exactly what we see, not just what we tell them.
• We coach every doctor to get curious first: find out what the patient actually wants before recommending anything, not what gets prescribed by default.
• Our team sets the stage before you walk in. Once you and the patient land on the plan that fits their goals, the team turns it into plain English, real cost, and payment options that fit their life.

What We Offer:

• Out-of-network, relationship-based model with strong fees
• 3-month base safety net if you want a runway before ramping production
• 401k with match (most offices exclude their doctors, we don't)
• $200/month toward medical, and dental is fully covered
• Spear Study Club membership and a CE stipend
• Full Exocad license including smile design, in-house 3D printing and same-day milling, laser
• A defined path into surgical and implant dentistry once you've built a strong foundation in endo and extractions, plus support pursuing IV sedation training when you're ready. We have the demand and the setup in this area to put it to use

Schedule: 

Full-time, Monday through Thursday, no weekends
