OrthoMinds integrates online patient forms. As soon as a new patient’s email address is populated, an automated message prompts the patient to enter his or her information. This information is transferred directly into the patient’s chart within OrthoMinds. There is no intervention needed to transfer the patient information and no manual scanning of paper forms. The patient’s information is easily tracked by viewing tiles that reflect green when the information is complete and red if information is missing.

Patient dashboard

OrthoMinds is designed to not only help manage orthodontic practices but also grow them. The patient dashboard manages potential income-earning opportunities within current and future appointments. Attention bubbles indicate patients or accounts that require follow-up. Recalls, no-shows, referrals or follow-ups will never be lost again.

Digital referral tool

OrthoMinds’ digital referral tools allows referrals from dentists, friends or family to be populated directly in the referral bucket in the patient dashboard. This feature allows the patient to be contacted and scheduled without waiting for them to call.

Insurance and billing services

Allow more time for patient focus by allowing OrthoMinds to take care of insurance and billing. OrthoMinds will verify patient insurance before new patient appointments, file insurance claims and collect insurance payments. Additionally, the company will collect monthly patient payments. OrthoMinds also handles the follow-up for patient and insurance missed payments, collecting missed payments and completing the communication and documentation for 90 days. The production dollars are deposited to the orthodontic office’s bank, with little to no work from the staff, on a recurring basis.
