After graduating from Birmingham University Dental Hospital in 1996, Neel has worked as a Junior Doctor in Oral and Maxillo - Facial Surgery and then moved to Sydney, Australia gaining a wide variety of experience. Upon return to the UK he practiced in London and passed the MFGDP exam at the Royal College of Surgeons. This followed with undertaking a Certificate in Surgical Implantology at the Eastman Dental Institute and a Certificate in Facial Aesthetics at the Royal College of Surgeons.
He then became a Vocational Trainer; teaching and mentoring young dentists, which continues as his role as them UK director of The Dentinal Tubules Study clubs. He has trained at the Spear Dental institute in Arizona, USA and has co-founded the British Academy of Microscope Dentistry.
He has also founded the Turbine events Facebook group which provides social and educational motoring events. He contribute to several journals and is on the judging panel of the Dentistry awards.
